A new village is coming to Pukekohe
Metlifecare is thrilled to have secured a site on Pukekohe Hill Reserve, offering expansive views over the township and beyond. Construction will start in 2025, and opening anticipated late 2027.
Development progress
Metlifecare intends to apply for registration of Pukekohe retirement village under the Retirement Villages Act 2003 in 2024, following which it intends to make offers of occupation to the public.
