Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the 2024-2025 Metlifecare Resident Survey Prezzy® card promotion (Promotion). By participating in the 2024-2025 Metlifecare Resident Survey (Survey) and completing the ‘Prize Draw opt-in’ section of the Survey, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

The Promotion is open to all existing residents living in a Metlifecare village (excluding care home residents who will be eligible to participate in a separate promotion), eligible to participate in the Survey.
The Survey commences on 1 July 2024 and ends on 30 June 2025 (Survey Period).
To enter, you must complete the following within the Survey Period:

a) have received a request to complete the Survey;

b) submit a response to the Survey; and

c) complete the ‘Prize Draw opt-in’ section of the Survey.

Entry is limited to one per person.
The prize is one Prezzy® card for the value of NZD $100.00 (Prize).
There are a total of 40 Prizes to be won during the Survey Period, with 10 Prizes to be drawn in each calendar quarter during the Survey Period, being July-September 2024, October-December 2024, January-March 2025 and April-June 2025 (each, a Quarter).
The prize draw will be conducted on the 15th of the month following the end of each Quarter. The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the relevant Quarter. Metlifecare will contact the winners within two business days of the prize draw ending.
Prizes will be couriered to winners at the address provided on the Prize Draw opt-in section of the Survey, or at the relevant Village (via Village Manager if easier).
Prize winners may be announced on internal Metlifecare channels. By completing the ‘Prize Draw opt-in’ section of the Survey, you authorise us to publish your name on internal Metlifecare channels as a winner. For the avoidance of doubt, all Survey responses will remain anonymous.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including by extending, suspending or terminating the Promotion at any time. Unless otherwise stated or agreed by us, a Promotion cannot be used in connection with any other discount, offer or promotion.
Our Privacy Policy (https://www.metlifecare.co.nz/privacy-policy/) shall apply to any personal information you submit to us in connection with the Promotion.
References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “Metlifecare” means Metlifecare Limited of Level 4, 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
