Terms & Conditions:

These terms and conditions apply to the Metlifecare National Open Day Survey Prezzy® card promotion (Promotion). By participating in the National Open Day Survey (Survey) and completing the ‘Prize Draw opt-in’ section of the Survey, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

The Promotion is open to all prospects of a Metlifecare village that is subscribed to our Metlifecare prospect Newsletters.

The Survey period for the Promotion is 2 November 2024 and ends on 30 November 2024 (Survey Promotion Period).

To enter, you must complete the following within the Survey Period:

  1. have received a request to complete the Survey;
  2. submit a response to the Survey; and
  3. complete the ‘Prize Draw opt-in’ section of the Survey.

Entry is limited to one per person.

The prize is one Prezzy® card for the value of NZD $60.00 (Prize).

There are a total of 3 Prizes to be won during the Survey Promotion Period.

The prize draw will be conducted on 3 December 2024. The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Survey Promotional Period. Metlifecare will contact the winners within two business days of the prize draw ending.

Prizes will be couriered to winners at the address provided on the Prize Draw opt-in section of the Survey.

For the avoidance of doubt, all Survey responses will remain anonymous.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including by extending, suspending or terminating the Promotion at any time. Unless otherwise stated or agreed by us, a Promotion cannot be used in connection with any other discount, offer or promotion.

Our Privacy Policy (https://www.metlifecare.co.nz/privacy-policy/ (https://www.metlifecare.co.nz/privacy-policy/)) shall apply to any personal information you submit to us in connection with the Promotion.

References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “Metlifecare” means Metlifecare Limited of Level 4, 110 Carlton Gore Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
