These terms and conditions apply to the $10k housewarming gift (Promotion). By entering into the Promotion and/or applying for an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA) to enter into the Promotion, you are deemed to accept these terms.
- The Promotion is available for new residents applying for;
- One of our brand-new units (Participating Units) at Ōtau Ridge, Fairway Gardens, Pōhutukawa Landing or Edgewater Village or;
- One of the selected units (Participating Units) at The Avenues, Greenwood Park, and Somervale Village.
- To qualify for the Promotion and receive a $10,000 Prezzy® card (Prize), you must apply for an ORA on a Participating Unit by 31 August 2024 and settle the ORA in full by 12 December 2024.
- Entry is limited to one per Participating Unit, and Metlifecare’s usual resident criteria will apply (including satisfaction of any medical conditions).
- The Prize will be delivered to the relevant village via the Village Manager on settlement of the ORA and is not redeemable, refundable or transferable for cash. Standard Prezzy® card terms and conditions apply – see https://www.prezzycard.co.nz/terms-and-conditions
- This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other referral promotion that Metlifecare may be running concurrently.
